The room had a good layout. The front desk staff was always helpful. Anamika and Nisha from the front desk provided an efficient service, I really appreciated this. The hotel gave key rings to my little one. She really liked the gift.
The road outside was dug up, I noticed the noise even late at night.

I visited the restaurant. The food tasted great and was authentic. Ujjwal and Sandhya served us, I found them to be very attentive. They took special care to serve us.

The hotel has a rooftop area, I thought this was amazing. The rooms were smart and clean. The breakfast spread was delicious (i especially liked the pastries). The staff were pleasing.

The housekeeping was good, and the staff offered prompt service. Manju, the front desk employee, was very helpful. Other staff working in the buffet area were nice. I would like to give a shoutout to Ujjal and Sandhya.

the connectivity to the airport was convenient. the bar offered a lively atmosphere and the barman kabindra pun showed excellent skills and hospitality. his level of professionalism is worth emulating.
during breakfast, tables were full, and the staff communicated with complete callousness. they stated i needed to wait. this behavior lacked courtesy.
